From hiking ridgelines to paddling quiet rivers, from building campfires in the rain to navigating by compass beneath a canopy of stars — the Outdoorsman’s Path calls us to live hands-on in God’s creation. Here we learn the old ways and essential skills: bushcraft, camping, canoeing, orienteering, and the art of being fully present in both wilderness and life.

More than skills, this path is about being fathered — and allowing ourselves to be fathered. We learn from those who have walked ahead of us, then pass that knowledge and wisdom on. Around the campfire, in the canoe, or at the workbench, we are
mentored, discipled, and challenged to risk, grow, and rise. It’s Man School in God’s creation, but the lessons reach far beyond the outdoors: leading with strength and gentleness, carrying responsibility well, and — like navigating a hidden canyon —
learning to navigate the uncharted places of the heart by walking in the identity God has given us.

Meals are shared, tools are entrusted, and the bonds forged here last a lifetime. This is where we become not only better outdoorsmen, but better men.
