I’m applying to attend Ancient Path’s Field Guide Training, an immersive training experience designed to equip men to spiritually father the hearts of other men through experiential fathering and discipleship. Rather than focusing primarily on classroom teaching, the training develops a practical methodology of walking alongside men through presence, hand-over-hand ministry, meaningful experiences, and the skills and opportunities God has already entrusted to us. Using the model of Luke 2:52, the goal is to equip men to help others grow physically, emotionally, spiritually, and relationally in their homes, workplaces, churches, neighborhoods, and communities.

As part of the application process, Ancient Path has asked me to provide a recommendation from someone who knows me well and has had the opportunity to speak into my life and see me speak into other men’s lives.
