Greg Sailors — Founder, Speaker, and Field Guide
At Ancient Path Ministries, we believe every man has an adventure and that adventure is key to his intimacy with God — a life of purpose, passion, and presence.
Greg Sailors speaks from the heart of that calling to: Get Your Wild Back and live Wild, Free, and Fully Alive.
For over two decades, Greg has led men through the wilderness of both heart and terrain — from mountain rivers and hunting camps to leadership circles and ministry retreats. A husband, father of four, craftsman, and founder, Greg brings a rare blend of celebration, acceptance, and grounded grounded experience.
As founder of Ancient Path Ministries, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, he helps men rediscover identity and calling through biblical truth, immersive experiences, and the sacred rhythms of the outdoors. Through Paths like the Angler’s Path, Hunter’s Path, Outdoorsman’s Path, and Field Guide Path, he invites men to awaken to who they are and reclaim a wild, wholehearted faith.
Speaking Topics
Get Your Wild Back
A call to return to the life you were made for — wild, free, and fully alive. Greg helps men trade domestication for divine purpose through story, scripture, and the wilderness where God speaks loudest for most masculine hearts.
Adventure
Adventure isn’t a pastime; it’s a posture. Greg invites men to risk the unknown and discover God in the wild places — both in nature and in the soul.
“The wild places of the world mirror the uncharted places of the heart.” GS
Brotherhood & Allies
Every man needs allies — brothers who walk beside him when the road gets hard. Greg teaches the power of covenant friendship and how to build, sustain, and launch groups of men walking the Path together.
Fathering
Fatherhood is not for the faint of heart. It’s a lifelong campaign fought on shifting terrain — from the cradle to adulthood.
This is not a father–child event but a council of fathers sharpening swords and building plans for the sacred work of raising sons and shaping kings.
“A boy needs to know that his father delights in him.” — John Eldredge
This message helps men recover presence, purpose, and intentional blessing for every stage of fatherhood.
Ancient Paths
The prophet Jeremiah spoke of the ancient paths — the old roads where good men once walked. Greg helps men rediscover these time-tested ways of faith, craftsmanship, and community that lead to freedom and restoration.
Fundraising
With 20 years of nonprofit experience and raising millions of dollars, Greg shares practical and spiritual wisdom on raising resources with integrity — connecting vision to provision and funding what matters most.
Nonprofit Consulting
Greg offers seasoned guidance for organizations navigating growth or mission clarity. He brings biblical truth, relational insight, and hands-on experience to help ministries build healthy, lasting impact.

About Greg Sailors
Greg Sailors has been walking with men through the wilderness of life and faith since 2001. Salvation for Greg came at 12 and he’s walked with many spiritual fathers since. A visionary builder and risk-taker, he carries two decades of experience in ministry, nonprofit leadership, small business, and construction, all centered on helping men Get Their Wild Back.
Known for joy and celebration, creativity, and heart-level leadership, Greg has led large ministry efforts and small mentoring circles — empowering men and sparking transformation wherever he serves. His favorite environment is around the fire.
Beyond his relationship with Jesus, Greg’s first calling is his family.
A devoted husband and father of four sons, he speaks passionately on fathering, family, and legacy — helping men see how intentional fatherhood shapes generations.
When he’s not teaching or building, you’ll find him in the wild — fly-fishing cold rivers, hunting deep woods, or exploring remote places with his boys. For Greg, the wilderness is holy ground — a classroom where men remember who they are.
Through Ancient Path Ministries, Greg invites men to rediscover their hearts, reclaim brotherhood, and walk the old roads that lead to life.
Get Your Wild Back. Live Wild, Free, and Fully Alive.
